At Bella Signature Design Events we are excited to offer one of our region's best sources for planning green events! We have been busy sourcing greener ways to create weddings, other social occasions and corporate events, and are excited to have found amazing vendors who feel similarly about offering eco-friendly event items to our clients and your guests! Organic Flowers
Although not every flower in today's flower industry is available organic, we can offer organic alternatives to clients who want to use some or all organic flowers for their celebrations. There is a wide array of beautiful blooms available depending on the season, both locally and from other eco-conscious growers.
We always encourage a bride, for example, to use organic flowers on their cakes, since these often get inserted into the cake itself, and many people are not aware of the pesticides that are used in the growing and shipping of many popular blooms such as roses. Additionally, we prefer to utilize fair-trade growers, and to use products that are re-usable and not harmful to the environment, such as chemical agents that many florists use on their flowers to increase longevity or add shine. Even in our non-organic designs, Bella Signature Design never adds any chemicals to our flowers. We have cutting rights at many local farms to bring you fresh organic blooms all through the year, from stunning garden roses to berries, dahlias and hydrangeas and many unique blooms with a sophisticated look.
