


Most Wedding Planners offer several "Wedding Planning Packages." Then again, we're not most wedding planners!
Instead of trying to fit your needs into a predefined box or "package", we personally meet with you to discuss your requests, wishes, and concerns, and then create a proposal specific to your event, only charging for what you actually require. This can entail planning and creating every detail of your event, offering guidance on vendors and design, or executing the design plan you dreamed up yourself. Whatever your particular needs might be, from venue searches to napkin folds, and every thing in between, Bella Signature will customize a design proposal for you that perfectly meets them!
Whether you require an individual just to guarantee that the Day of Your Wedding is seamless, or a team to create a Hollywood-style Wedding, Bella Signature Design has the experience, talent and ability to not only make your dreams come true, but to exceed them so that your guests will talk about your wedding for years to come.
We have created designer weddings in almost every venue in Seattle, including luxury hotels, catering venues, New York-style lofts, and even bare grassfields with lavish tents.
How much does it cost?
In terms of pricing, we start at $1200 and up for "Month of" Coordination (this service is akin to other planner's "Day-of" Packages, but we like to be involved earlier). Full planning starts at $3500, but is so diverse that delineating a price without meeting with you is completely arbitrary - depending on the extent of our services, your guest list, and your specific needs we will create the perfect combination of price and services. Why don't you offer "Day of Coordination" like other planners?
We feel that you and your vendors deserve more than just last minute coordination. We prefer to work with you the entire last month before your wedding, to truly plan all those last minute details and ensure that all details come together seamlessly. Our coordination services are extremely detail oriented to make certain that nothing has been unanswered, every possibility has been thought of, and every guest's, family's and vendor's needs have been addressed. And with the price of our coordination services competitive to most in the area, you can't go wrong!
We offer seventeen years of experience of fully comprehensive event design, including exquisite floral design, lighting to create atmosphere, unique linens, fabric draping and luxurious furniture rental. Every thing you see on these pages has been personally created by us, so enjoy our portfolio!
Why hire a wedding planner or designer?
We save you time, money, and that awful feeling in your stomach when you are worried whether you have hired the right person for the most important day in your life. We have developed excellent relationships with the best wedding professionals in the Pacific Northwest. Meeting with ten photographers, six florists, three DJ's etc is time consuming, and hardly efficient. We will provide you with referrals of the vendors we feel excel in quality, innovation, and of course, service. We will never refer vendors whose products or work we have not seen. Neither will we just refer you to anyone just to get a kickback - instead, we tell you who would fit with your needs the best, and work with you to narrow the selection. This is done by showing you who has specific expertise (for example, a photographer who specializes in documentary style wedding photography, versus one who excels in classic formals). Every wedding professional has their area of expertise, and we attempt to create a synergy between your vendors and the wedding you envision.
Putting a monetary value on one of the most memorable events of your life is difficult. In our budget consultation we help you decide which aspects of your wedding day and the services you need mean the most to you - what are you willing to spend more money on, and what means less to you? We help you get the most out of your money, and have many suggestions for making your day look and feel like you want despite monetary constraints.
We serve as the contact person to all your vendors, which means they come to us with all the questions and problems that take up time and create stress. We make sure that everyone knows where to be at what time, and we are there on the wedding day to make sure it happens just as you want it to. Your wedding day is yours to enjoy - the last thing you want is people coming up to you and asking you what they should be doing, where they should go, etc. We act as your buffer between you and all the behind-the-scenes activities that go on during a wedding. We can also be the contact person for the bridal party, family members, and out of town guests. This is especially useful for couples who are getting married in unique places where out-of-town guests require a variety of accommodations and needs.
